Timberrock Builders Inc., is owned and operated by Wade Berger and Tim Nicholson.

Wade Berger, has built a reputation for excellence through more than 30 years of construction experience from working on custom homes to large industrial projects. A fourth-generation carpenter having a passion for top quality, continuing training and the attitude of building things right. Wade employs a very approachable demeanor with his hands-on construction and project management experience. Having built a solid reputation with clients, co-workers and sub-trades for trust, quality and safety. Wade looks forward to working closely with our customers to help lead them with their future building project.

Tim Nicholson, a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, has been building homes and commercial buildings and all things in between since 1989. Tim has a wide range of expertise, from constructing wooden structures to forming and pouring concrete with great precision, often into unique formations and modern architectural designs, to all aspects of interior finishing. Simplicity and functionality, combined with a high-quality finish, is what he creates.
